Little children often get sick. You should keep your child at home throughout the duration of the illness so as to expedite the healing process and avoid getting the other children sick. All coughs, sneezes, and running noses should be suppressed BEFORE they are able to attend daycare. While allergies are not contagious, the expectorants that are coughed or sneezed out can be. Those expectorants will contain germs and bacteria that can compromise another childs immune system. When your child is ready to return to day care, we need you to provide an updated "Wellness Kit" and we would appreciate a note from their doctor indicating that they are free from contagions. Policy and procedures in complete detail are located in the "Parent Hand Book", please read it in it's entirety to avoid any breach of contract.
